If you are reading this letter, you are on the right track to success. As you probably know by now, Alpha Kappa Psi is the premiere developer of principled business leaders. We are a brotherhood of success-driven, ambitious, self-motivated young leaders who strive to make an impact. Alpha Kappa Psi is the first and largest professional co-ed business fraternity in the nation and we are open to all majors. Here at the University of California, Davis we recognize the diversity and skills that each individual brother brings. While emphasizing our professionalism, we also focus on building a brotherhood where we seek mutual benefit by learning, teaching and growing together to develop life-long friendships and networks.

Business exists in every aspect of our lives. It makes things happen and affects every part of our society. Whatever you want to do, understanding business will help you achieve it. No matter what you are studying, the skills and knowledge that you learn from becoming a part of Alpha Kappa Psi will be invaluable in achieving future success. Success can be broken down into P.I.E – Performance, Image, and Exposure. The P.I.E theory for professional advancement states that success stems from only 10% Performance, followed by 30% Image, and (a whopping) 60% Exposure. Through the resources available exclusively to the brothers of Alpha Kappa Psi, you can improve in all three aspects.

The brothers of Alpha Kappa Psi always aim above and beyond the tasks assigned to them. We offer opportunities for hands-on development in project management and business experience. We help improve your image by improving your public speaking abilities, professional resume and cover letter writing, time management, and interview confidence.
